Advertise With Handcrafted Giveaways

Would you like to advertise with handmade giveaways?

Fabulous!!

This is a new blog, so the cost of adding your shop to the blog sidebar for now is FREE. You can't beat that! The first 8 people that contact me for the free spots will get them. These intro ads will run until the end of March.

Once the blog is up and running (that would be April), the cost for a sidebar blog ad will be $5 a month. Ads will start on the 1st and continue until the end of the month. The ads will rotate every Monday, so everyone gets a chance to be in one of the top two spots. The ads will link to your shop.

OK! You'd love to get and ad, what next? To get your ad:

1) Please send an email to artifaxgirl [at] gmail [dot] com telling me what advertising option you would like. This reserves your spot.

2) I will send you a Paypal invoice to pay off of. (all ads are free until March)

3) Send your ad and your shop address to artifaxgirl [at] gmail [dot] com. Ads need to be 150x150 pixels. Ads can be animated or not ... your choice.

4) You're done! Look for your ad to start on the 1st. (immediately for the free ones)

I would like more exposure, what other advertising options are available?

I'm glad you asked! Besides the blog sidebar ads, you can also buy a sponsor feature. A reg. blog post that will occur between the weekly blog giveaway entries. That means there will be 4 or 5 ad slots a month, depending on how many weeks are in the month. It will include a strip of three 150 x 150 images of your choice (etsy mini that is 1 x 3 images is acceptable), a shop link, and up to three sentences to plug your shop. The cost of a sponsor feature will start at $10 and will increase in April to $15. To get your sponsor feature, please follow the same instructions as for the blog sidebar ads above.

How to Submit a Giveaway

Submitting a Giveaway

If you wish to submit a giveaway for all of blogland to see and potentially visit to not only enter your giveaway, but see all that you have to offer, please follow these four easy steps:

1) Make sure what you are offering is handcrafted /handmade in some way. This includes original things, altered items, upcycled, etc.

2) Your giveaway must be free to enter and open to everyone.

3) Gather the following information:
*Your name, company name, etc. that is offering the giveaway
*The exact URL of your giveaway
*The dates the giveaway runs (both beginning and ending date)
*A short description of what you are giving away

4) Send this information to: artifaxgirl [at] gmail [dot] com

Important Note: Please note that if your giveaway does not qualify under the terms given and/or all the required information is not provided to me, I will not be able to post your giveaway. Final decision on whether to post a given giveaway or not is at my discretion.
